Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead core contributions in building scalable payment platforms within a cloud-enabled environment. You will ensure architectural quality and collaborate across teams to drive payment initiatives and regulatory-driven releases.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality software, improving system stability, and mentoring teams to uphold craftsmanship in design and implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with ISO20022 and other payment types/formats.
• Understanding of payment processing workflows and financial messaging standards.
• Delivered multiple InstaPay platform enhancements and regulatory-driven releases with minimal production impact.
• Improved system stability and transaction processing performance via monitoring and issue resolution.
• Led cross-functional teams to resolve critical payment incidents and implement long-term fixes.
• Supported high-volume real-time payment processing while maintaining SLAs.
• Strong understanding of Solution Design and Implementation Principles.
• Knowledge of cloud-based development (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Write quality, scalable, maintainable code as a Core contributor.
• Bring knowledge of design patterns and cloud infra to drive engineering quality.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex tech problems and drive strategy.
• Mentor and strengthen application/platform teams to maintain high craft standards.
• Improve code quality, product execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Review infrastructure, security, and solution design.
• Oversee deployment activities and create deployment guidelines.
• Coordinate with ITG units and vendor for issue resolution during SIT/UAT.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications for payments initiatives.
