Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the design, development, and enhancement of critical banking and payment applications in the Philippines.

The role provides technical leadership for real-time payment and digital banking platforms, overseeing architecture reviews, APIs, and middleware integrations. Responsibilities include resolving production issues, managing incident and change processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT, preferably Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Digital Banking.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, application architecture, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with real-time payments and digital banking systems.
• Experience with InstaPay, BancNet, or similar payment network integrations.
• Strong knowledge of API and middleware integration.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management in production environments.
• Knowledge of database management and performance optimization.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of critical banking and payment applications.
• Provide technical leadership for real-time payment and digital banking platforms.
• Design and review application architecture, system solutions, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Lead the resolution of complex production issues and provide L3 technical support for critical incidents.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management activities to ensure system stability and availability.
• Support and manage integrations with payment networks and platforms, including InstaPay and BancNet.
• Identify and implement opportunities for application, database, and system performance optimization.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, security, business, and other stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage technical coordination with external vendors and technology partners.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with applicable regulatory requirements, operational controls, and risk management standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical team members.
