Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of web/software development experience with 2+ years in lead/architect roles.
• Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and communicate in English.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on approach to ensure timely deliverables when needed.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in cross-cultural teams.
