You will drive delivery governance, risk management, and team leadership across globally distributed delivery teams, vendors, and system integrators, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior delivery leadership.
• Proven track record leading banking transformation programs.
• Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex banking technology programs from planning through implementation.
• Ensure delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Drive digital banking initiatives including mobile/internet banking, payments, and onboarding/KYC.
• Architect scalable, secure, compliant solutions aligned with standards.
• Lead API-first and microservices adoption with cloud-native architectures.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, SI, and distributed delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Build and mentor high-performing technology teams.
