Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with ISO20022 and other payment types/formats.
• Understanding of payment processing workflows and financial messaging standards.
• Delivered multiple InstaPay platform enhancements and regulatory-driven releases with minimal production impact.
• Improved system stability and transaction processing performance via monitoring and issue resolution.
• Led cross-functional teams to resolve critical payment incidents and implement long-term fixes.
• Supported high-volume real-time payment processing while maintaining SLAs.
• Strong understanding of Solution Design and Implementation Principles.
• Knowledge of cloud-based development (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) is advantageous.

Job description

• Working as a Core contributor with your team, writing great quality, scalable, maintainable code.
• Bring In-depth knowledge of design patterns, architecture & cloud infrastructure to the team and drive engineering quality.
• Work with multiple teams to solve complex technological problems, bring insights and drive application/platform-specific related strategy
• Mentor and strengthen their specific application/platform team by improving the ability to deliver great quality of work (both functional and non-functional) and keep the high bar of the craft
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and customer satisfaction
• Review the infrastructure, security, and solution design.
• Review and tracking of the functional and non-functional requirements, test plan, test scripts, and requirements traceability matrix (RTM) for Solution Design Documents.
• Review the deployment instruction guidelines.
• Oversee the deployment activities.
• Alignment with ITG Units (includes Servicing Units) at task level.
• Facilitate discussions on technical issue resolutions to the vendor, integrating application and platform owners, including System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) defect resolution.
• Managed project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely and successful delivery of critical payment initiatives.

Qualifications:
