Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. seeks a senior technology leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking transformation programs.

You will oversee digital banking platforms, core banking integrations, API ecosystems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, while guiding governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

12+ years in IT with at least 5 years in senior delivery leadership.
Proven success leading large-scale banking transformation programs in regulated environments.
Strong background in solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise technology delivery.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex banking technology programs from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
Drive digital banking initiatives including mobile/internet banking, payments, cards, core banking integration, and middleware platforms.
Govern solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Lead API-first and microservices adoption, including API governance, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and containerized deployments.
Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and distributed delivery teams.
Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and risk management across programs.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology delivery teams.
