Job summary

Latent Lotus International Corporation (LLIC) on-site in Quezon City seeks a reliable Technical Field Assistant to support construction materials sales and field applications. You will assist during client visits, prepare demos, and help with field reports and documentation.

Training will lead to basic product demos and effective communication with clients, contractors, and partners, while maintaining tools and samples for efficient demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to do fieldwork around Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Comfortable working in construction sites, warehouses, client offices, outdoor areas, and event venues.
• Able to carry light to moderate demo materials when needed.
• Experience in field sales support, technical service, or warehouse coordination is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, or hardware is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support trade shows, exhibits, product activations, and client presentations.
• Learn proper use, application, and demonstration of company products.
• With training, conduct basic product demos and explain product usage to clients and partners.
• Help maintain and organize demo tools and equipment.
• Perform other field, technical support, and sales support tasks as assigned.

Latent Lotus International Corporation (LLIC) is looking for a reliable and hands-on Technical Field Assistant to support our technical and sales team for construction materials and specialty products such as Bebond, Mega Anchor, JuraGrip, and other product lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist during client visits, site inspections, product demos, and field applications.
• Deliver and pick up samples, demo kits, documents, marketing materials, and small equipment when needed.
• Prepare tools, samples, and demo materials before site visits or presentations.
• Take clear photos and videos during demos, site visits, applications, inspections, and events.
• Submit simple field reports with photos, observations, client concerns, and next steps.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, admin, and warehouse teams for schedules, materials, and documentation.
• Support trade shows, exhibits, product activations, and client presentations.
• Learn the proper use, application, and demonstration of company products.
• With training, eventually conduct basic product demos and explain product usage to clients, contractors, applicators, and partners.
• Help maintain and organize demo tools, samples, and equipment.
• Perform other field, technical support, and sales support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and/or car.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to do fieldwork around Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Comfortable working in construction sites, warehouses, client offices, outdoor areas, and event venues.
• Physically able to assist with fieldwork, product demos, sample handling, and carrying light to moderate demo materials when needed.
• At least high school graduate, vocational graduate, college level, or college graduate.
• Experience in construction, hardware, delivery, field sales support, technical service, site work, or warehouse coordination is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, chemicals, adhesives, or hardware is a plus but not required.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and submit basic reports using phone apps.
• Comfortable using Viber, Messenger, Google Sheets, Google Drive, camera apps, and maps/navigation apps.
• Good communication skills and respectful when dealing with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Willing to learn technical products and eventually conduct basic product demonstrations after proper training.
• Preferably residing near San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City, or nearby areas, due to field coordination and reporting requirements.
