ConnectOS in Mandaluyong is hiring a customer support associate to respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat, and to provide first-level printer troubleshooting in a hybrid setup (2x onsite weekly).

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (2x per week onsite)
Work Location: Mandaluyong

What will you do?

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide first-level technical support, particularly basic printer troubleshooting (connectivity, paper jams, driver installation, etc.).
• Handle customer issues end-to-end, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Utilize Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables) for reporting, logging, or analyzing customer data.
• Document cases, solutions, and feedback clearly in the system.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to team knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to resolve customer or system-related issues.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple support channels.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including experience with lookup functions.
