Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is hiring for a remote IT support role with a Monday–Friday night shift (9 pm–6 am PH time). You will handle first-level hardware, software, and network issues, respond to tickets via phone, email, and remote desktop, and assist in setup and maintenance of remote systems.

Requirements include 2+ years in US IT support, proficiency with Windows/macOS, and familiarity with ConnectWise PSA, RMM, and SentinelOne.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on US IT support or related experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS and common business apps.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA and RMM platforms.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Experience with SentinelOne antivirus solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and with a remote team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and troubleshoot tickets via phone, email, and remote desktop support.
• Assist in setup, installation, and maintenance of remote computer systems and peripherals.
• Utilize ConnectWise PSA and RMM tools to manage, track, and resolve service requests.
• Perform regular OS patching and updates to ensure security and performance.
• Assist in user onboarding and IT training via virtual sessions.
• Support and monitor SentinelOne antivirus deployment and management.
• Document and escape issues as required to senior IT staff.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT issues and resolutions.

Salary: P40,000 - P60,000 (Monthly Package)
