Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in client services, implementations, or operations.
• 5+ years diagnosing and resolving complex issues across applications, data messaging, and network connectivity.
• Ability to read and apply technical product specifications for transactional and file-based integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rotating portfolio of Commercial Banking Merchant Services clients, ensuring seamless transition from implementation to production.
• Advise on production validations including authorization, downgrades, settlement, and funding.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolution with internal partners.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal standards during onboarding and post-implementation.
• Translate client requirements into platform solutions for successful implementations.
• Define and approve end-to-end client solutions across connectivity, processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Develop communication strategy to keep clients informed during post-implementation and validation phases.
• Track KPIs to measure production rollout success and report data-driven updates to leadership.
• Foster collaboration across functions and manage escalations professionally.
• Operate in a deadline-driven environment with multiple initiatives.
