Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and deactivate Verifi services for clients.
• Monitor service performance, alerts, and outages; investigate and resolve issues.
• Handle client inquiries via phone and support cases; meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues and support client-facing teams.
