Innoland Development Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing professional with a background in electrical engineering to manage electrical procurement activities for construction and engineering projects.
The role emphasizes reviewing PRs/JORs/POs, supplier negotiations, cost analyses, and collaboration with Engineering and Project Management to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. A REE is advantageous, with at least 3 years' experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within the construction, real estate, MEP, or engineering industry.
Review and validate Purchase Requests (PRs), Job Order Requests (JORs), and Purchase Orders (POs) for electrical materials, equipment, and services.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to obtain the best value while meeting project specifications and quality standards.
Analyze quotations, technical proposals, and tenders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support bidding activities by coordinating with vendors and assisting the procurement team throughout the procurement process.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
Provide technical guidance to Purchasing Officers and Buyers regarding electrical products, specifications, and alternative solutions.
Participate in supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.
Coordinate supplier concerns, billing inquiries, and delivery schedules when necessary.
Identify qualified suppliers and innovative products that improve project quality and cost efficiency.
Conduct market research and price benchmarking for electrical materials, equipment, and systems.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Ensure the continuous availability of critical electrical materials by monitoring supply risks and exploring alternative sources.
Prepare procurement recommendations, cost analyses, and sourcing strategies for management approval.
Work closely with Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and procurement timelines.
Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on procurement status, supplier performance, and potential risks.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
