In this role, you'll work closely with our Engineering and Project Teams to ensure the timely procurement of quality materials, equipment, and services while helping drive value across our construction projects.

Review, validate, and process Purchase Requests (PRs), Job Order Requests (JORs), and Purchase Orders (POs) for assigned categories.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.
Review quotations, tenders, and supplier proposals to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Support bidding activities by coordinating with vendors and assisting throughout the purchasing process.
Collaborate with the Procurement and Administration teams in reviewing and managing supplier contracts.
Provide technical and commercial input in evaluating materials, equipment, products, and services based on project requirements.
Participate in supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Assist in resolving supplier concerns, including billing and payment coordination when necessary.
Identify and develop new supplier sources and alternative products that meet technical, quality, and cost requirements.
Conduct market research and price benchmarking to support purchasing and sourcing initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Monitor material availability, market conditions, lead times, and pricing trends to support timely purchasing decisions.
Explore alternative suppliers and materials to ensure continuous availability and competitive pricing.
Prepare and present purchasing recommendations and sourcing strategies to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with Project, Engineering, and other internal teams to understand technical requirements, material specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered according to project requirements and schedules.
Attend meetings, provide purchasing updates, and communicate potential supply risks or opportunities.
Prepare purchasing reports, documentation, and other related reports as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Professional License is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the construction, real estate, or engineering industry.
Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction materials, technical specifications, equipment, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of purchasing processes, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
