Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical/business field.
• At least 5 years in a specialized technical or operational role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of complex, nonstandard tasks using advanced technical knowledge and skills.
• Works independently without established procedures, applying judgment to determine best methods.
• Analyzes project requirements and recommends effective methods and processes.
• Supports design and development of new or modified equipment, systems, or methods for improved performance.
• Evaluates, calibrates, and troubleshoots technical issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Leads and mentors junior team members; may assign tasks and manage workflow.
