Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Sales Specialist to manage a portfolio in telecom and power supply sectors. You will identify opportunities, generate quotes, and close deals for ferrites, cores, and thermal interface materials, while coordinating with engineering teams.

You will build long-term relationships, maintain CRM records, and support forecasting and strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build long-term relationships.
• Proven B2B sales experience in technical/industrial/electronic components with target attainment.
• Electrical engineering background through education or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, generate quotes, and close sales for company product lines.
• Prospect and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and provide product recommendations with engineering support.
• Maintain regular customer communication and coordinate with warehouses/logistics for timely deliveries.
• Update CRM/sales tracking systems and support forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
