TVI Resource Development Philippines, Inc. (TVIRD) invites applications for two Technical Assistant positions. One role will serve TVIRD, and the other at Kingking Mining Corporation (KMC).

We seek graduates in engineering (Mining, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field) with PRC license and 3–5 years’ experience in process improvement, systems analysis or operations management. Proficiency in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and data analytics (Excel/Power BI) is preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with PRC license.
• 3–5 years experience in process improvement, systems analysis or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting (Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Knowledge of MS Project and scheduling software.
• Willing to work in Makati and travel monthly to TVIRD project sites.

• With 3 to 5 years' experience in process improvement, systems analysis or operations management

• Strong knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis and problem-solving tools

• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting (Excel, Power BI or Similar)

• Has knowledge in MS Project and other scheduling software

• Willing to work in Makati and travel to TVIRD project sites on a monthly basis or as require
