Job Summary
The Technical Assistant provides technical, analytical, and administrative support to management by assisting in the preparation of reports, data analysis, presentations, documentation, and other business-related requirements. The role works closely with various departments to gather, consolidate, validate, and organize information needed for management review and decision-making.
The position is also responsible for coordinating follow-ups, monitoring action items, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring that reports and other management requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and organize management reports, presentations, summaries, and other business documents.
- Gather and analyze data from different departments and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information presented in reports.
- Assist in preparing operational, financial, production, project, and performance reports as required by management.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments from meetings and management discussions.
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain updates, data, and supporting documents needed for reports and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, briefing materials, and other documents for management meetings.
- Assist in tracking key initiatives, projects, and departmental deliverables and provide regular updates.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or analysis to support management in evaluating business concerns and opportunities.
- Maintain organized and confidential records, reports, presentations, and other management documents.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, schedules, and other management-related activities.
- Handle multiple tasks and requests while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably with 2–5 years of experience in technical assistance, executive assistance, management support, business analysis, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Technical Assistant, or similar position is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in report preparation, data consolidation, documentation, and presentation development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
