TOA Global is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Asset Manager in Cebu, Philippines, to oversee third-party providers and monitor asset performance. You will act as client representative, manage vendor contracts, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, contract oversight, operations reporting, service delivery, or client account management.
• Analytical mindset with data handling and asset monitoring.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPI tracking, preventive/corrective maintenance workflows, and escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Operational Monitoring & System Tracking: track daily alerts, update availability metrics, support incident impact calculations.
• KPI Calculations & Monthly Reporting: compute Site Availability, Performance Ratio, and DL/bonuses; review logs and invoices.
• Vendor & Contract Management: oversee incident registers, coordinate with contractors, track maintenance plans and tickets.
• Site Inspections & Special Projects: assist site visits, compile reports, manage defect trackers, support claims and ad-hoc engagements.

We are seeking a detail-driven, analytically minded **Technical Asset Manager** to oversee third-party service providers and monitor operational performance across client asset portfolios. You will serve as the client representative—managing vendor contracts, tracking operational KPIs, calculating performance metrics, and ensuring contractual compliance across operating sites. *Sector-specific training on technical and regulatory frameworks will be fully provided.***Your Impact*** **Operational Monitoring & System Tracking:** Utilize purpose-built monitoring tools to track daily system alerts, flag operational issues, update plant availability metrics, and support incident impact or loss calculations.* **KPI Calculations & Monthly Reporting:** Perform monthly contractual KPI calculations (Site Availability, Performance Ratio, Liquidated Damages/Bonuses), review contractor maintenance logs and O&M invoices, and maintain compliance registers for regulatory frameworks and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).* **Vendor & Contract Management:** Oversee daily incident registers, lead meetings with third-party contractors, record meeting minutes, evaluate corrective maintenance quotes, review annual safety/preventive plans, and track support ticket resolutions.* **Site Inspections & Special Projects:** Assist with site visit preparations, compile post-inspection reports, maintain defect/issue trackers, support warranty and insurance claims, and project-manage ad-hoc technical specialist engagements.**What You Bring*** **The Experience:** **2+ years of experience in vendor management, contract oversight, operations reporting, service delivery, or client account management** tracking performance against targets.
