Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a dynamic AV & BMS Design Engineer to support the design development of luxury villas and boutique hotels worldwide. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to deliver high-end systems that meet aesthetic and functional standards.

Responsibilities include developing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with BIM modelers, and guiding third-party designers to ensure design intent and sustainability goals are achieved across

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with a concentration in AV & BMS systems.
Experience in design consultancy or general contractor preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Design AV&BMS engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems into the project.
Coordinate with BIM modelers and lead development of detailed drawings and specifications.
Resolve technical issues during the design phase and support value engineering discussions.
Oversee third party designers, consultants, and surveyors to ensure design intent and quality.
