Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a dynamic Structural Design Engineer to support luxury hospitality projects worldwide, including villas and boutique hotels. You will develop structural designs, perform analyses, and produce detailed drawings with BIM collaboration while coordinating with architects and MEP teams for high-end aesthetics and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of structural design experience in a design consultancy or general contractor.
• Experience on high-end hospitality projects (5-star hotels, villas).
• Proven seismic design experience and earthquake-resistant structures.
• Strong detailing and construction drawings development background.
• Experience collaborating with architects, MEP engineers and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of detailed structural drawings and technical documentation.
• Perform structural analysis, load calculations and seismic design.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers and MEP engineers to integrate structural elements.
• Oversee third-party structural consultants and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
