Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical partner for clients using the Tbricks trading platform. You will ensure delivery, optimize solutions, manage complex technical challenges, and coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual commitments and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, trading platforms, or capital markets solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee service levels and KPIs.
• Lead service reviews and customer status updates with cross-functional teams.
• Understand client objectives, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with Product/Engineering.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and propose improvements for outcomes.
• Support project delivery, scope management, and client communications.
