• 5+ years of experience supporting trading systems in capital markets.
• Strong experience with OMS/EMS, portfolio management, and post-trade systems.
• Advanced SQL skills and data analysis.
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with FIX connectivity.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar data vendors.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for trading, OMS, EMS, portfolio management, market data, and post-trade platforms.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across the full trade lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis for trade breaks and data quality issues.
• Troubleshoot applications, APIs, FIX connectivity, databases, and middleware.
• Use SQL to investigate incidents and support reporting.
• Monitor integrations involving APIs and real-time data feeds.
• Collaborate with market data providers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Review application code to understand business logic and support enhancements.
• Develop automation, monitoring, and operational tooling to improve platform stability.
• Support software releases, regression testing, and deployment validation.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, support, and business teams to resolve incidents.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and production-related issues.
