Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing technical support or implementation role.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Java, Linux, and SQL databases.
• Autonomous, organized, and accountable; collaborative in Agile teams.
• Financial domain experience is a plus (front-office systems, FIX, vendors).

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and issues from functional and technical perspectives.
• Configure, integrate, and customize products to meet business needs.
• Support successful client implementations with Product and Technical Account Management.
• Proactively improve processes for quality and safer deployments.
• Assist the Support team with critical cases.
• Use Java, Linux, and databases to investigate and resolve issues.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to support delivery.
• Apply CI and TDD practices when developing solutions.
• Build, test, and validate implementation-related deliverables before deployment.
