Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an Implementation Engineer to collaborate with clients to understand requirements, configure, integrate, and customize trading platforms while partnering with Product, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to deliver reliable client solutions.

You will apply hands-on programming and problem-solving in an Agile environment to investigate and resolve complex issues, contributing to production solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing technical support or implementation/delivery role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant major.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and issues from functional and technical perspectives.
• Configure, integrate, and customize products to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Product teams and Technical Account Managers to support implementations.
• Proactively improve processes for higher quality and safer deployments.
• Assist Support with critical cases and troubleshoot using Java, Linux, and databases.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to support delivery and innovation.
• Apply CI and TDD practices in developing technical solutions.
• Build, test, and validate implementation deliverables before deployment.
