Broadridge Financial Solutions in Manila seeks an Implementation Engineer to collaborate with clients to understand requirements, configure and integrate trading platforms, and deliver reliable solutions. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in a client-facing technical support role or an implementation/delivery role.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant major.
Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
Technical expertise: Knowledge of Java, Linux, and databases; problem solving through programming.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to analyze requirements and issues from functional and technical perspectives.
Configure, integrate, and customize products to fulfil clients’ business requirements.
Liaise with Product teams and Technical Account Managers to support successful client implementations.
Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments.
Assist the Support team with the most critical support cases.
