Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team in Makati City. This contract role focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support growth and strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to build a strong candidate pipeline, ensure a smooth recruitment experience, and drive metrics on time-to-hire and cost-per-hire across departments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and ATS usage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and professional networks such as LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organisational needs and business objectives.
• Screen applications and conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection from hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs across multiple departments.
• Manage job postings and ensure accuracy of position descriptions across recruitment platforms.
• Provide candidates with information about the company culture, benefits, and role expectations to enhance candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Liaise with external recruiters and recruitment agencies as needed to support recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
