Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to create effective job postings and sourcing strategies.
• Proficient in recruitment database and tracker management.
• Basic knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and management principles.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for leadership positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Create and post job advertisements across various channels.
• Evaluate candidates and document objective interview feedback.
• Conduct alignment meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure expectations are aligned.
• Employee Offboarding: exit interviews and collect separation documents.
• Tracking & Monitoring: maintain recruitment trackers and records.
• Compliance: review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordination & Communication: manage inquiries from candidates and Hiring Managers through email and other channels; prepare accurate job offers.
