Job summary

You will also manage onboarding/offboarding steps, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure compliance across all applicant records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to create effective job postings and sourcing strategies.
• Proficient in recruitment database and tracker management.
• Basic knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and management principles.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for leadership positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Create and post job advertisements across various channels.
• Evaluate candidates and document objective interview feedback.
• Endorse qualified candidates for succeeding interview stages.
• Conduct alignment meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure expectations are aligned.
• Conduct exit interviews and collect required separation documents.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and records.
• Review and organize applicant documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage inquiries from candidates and Hiring Managers through email and other communication channels.
• Prepare accurate and compliant job offers using standard templates.
