Qualifications

• Experience with voice and chat/email support.

Responsibilities

• Offer solutions and upsell products that match customer needs.
• Troubleshoot devices and guide customers through apps and networks.
• Educate customers on devices and software.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to NPS.
