Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation is seeking a Product Support Expert to combine technical troubleshooting with sales in a retail environment focused on mobile phone repair services, accessories, and OPPO device support.

The role requires 1–2 years in device repair or sales, strong computer and electronics knowledge, and excellent communication skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a high-volume store.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with willingness to learn and grow in sales and technical support.
• 1–2 years in device repair or sales-related roles.
• NCII TESDA certification is recommended for additional credibility.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, basic networking, and electronics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in mobile phone repair, accessory sales, software upgrades, and data backup guidance; handle device intake and release, inform customers of repair and data loss risks, and follow SOPs for OPPO devices.
• Assess OPPO device status prior to repair to determine appropriate maintenance type.
• Maintain accurate encoding of information in the Aftersales system for proper records.
• Provide updates on customers' phone status and assist with general business inquiries.
• Maintain inventory and safekeeping of spare parts, handsets, and IoT inventory in-store.
• Receive and deposit daily income and account for discrepancies; issue official receipts and update entries.
• Prepare reimbursement forms for expenses and account for discrepancies.
• Proactively promote OPPO smartphones, IoT products, accessories, and aftersales services to walk-in customers while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Achieve assigned monthly KPIs including Repair Order target, GMV target, per unit sellout, and accessories/IoT sales targets.
