Silicon Valley Computer Group Phils Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Staff to source, canvass, and purchase products and supplies needed by the company.

The role emphasizes supplier coordination, price monitoring, and timely delivery of quality goods at competitive prices. You will manage purchase orders, negotiate terms, maintain supplier records, and coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounting, and branch operations to ensure stock is available to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are welcome.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, merchandising, or supplier coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and canvass suppliers for mobile phones, laptops, computer parts, accessories, gadgets, and other electronic products.
• Research and monitor current market prices, product availability, specifications, and new product releases.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, discounts, payment terms, warranty, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), purchase requests, quotations, and other purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, back orders, replacements, and warranty concerns.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure that products are delivered accurately and on time.
• Compare supplier quotations and recommend the most cost-effective purchasing options.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, price lists, product catalogs, and purchasing records.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Sales, Accounting, and Branch Operations teams regarding purchasing requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on stock requirements and sales demand.
