Job summary

KMZD GROUP seeks a detail-oriented Technology Project Specialist to drive successful software and technology initiatives. You will coordinate activities, maintain trackers, and work with cross-functional teams through planning to implementation.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timelines, and supporting SDLC and Agile activities. Hybrid work setup with a Monday–Friday schedule is offered, providing exposure to technology projects and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technology or software project management.
• Experience with SaaS, web/mobile apps, or eCommerce solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, documentation, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teams to identify requirements and dependencies.
• Raise delays or concerns to keep projects on track.
• Communicate updates to clients, management, and stakeholders.
• Support SDLC activities and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate software implementation, deployment, and releases.
• Manage priorities across multiple projects while upholding quality.
