Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist in Mandaluyong to oversee client projects from planning through delivery. You will ensure on-time, within-budget delivery aligned with scope and quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, manage risks, and support successful software and technology project delivery in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology project management, preferably with SaaS products.
• Strong experience handling complex technology/software projects using SDLC methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Experience coordinating 5–10 person project teams and multi-project environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, team structures, and project processes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project scope, requirements, risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure project deliverables and contracted requirements are completed successfully.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate resources.
• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Assist with software release and release management activities.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective team collaboration.
