Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for onsite day shift in the Philippines. The role requires leading IT projects end-to-end across the SDLC to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management, strong SDLC experience, and proven skills in risk control, stakeholder management, and delivery. Banking/financial services exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

IT Project Manager

Full Onsite - Day Shift

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience to manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects throughout the SDLC, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and closure.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, vendors, and other technical teams.

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.

• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Strong experience managing projects across the SDLC.

• Proven experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred: Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
