Job summary
Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for Technology Operations (Midshift) in Manila to supervise a portfolio of programmes, ensuring timely ticket delivery and adherence to global standards. You will lead a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across regions.
The role blends people leadership with operational excellence, coaching colleagues, aligning priorities, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–2 years of team leadership experience or readiness to lead people and operations.
- Strong communication with operational, technical and leadership stakeholders.
- MSP and VMS experience with Beeline/Fieldglass/IQN/VNDLY/Simplify; SaaS tools like Salesforce/Jira/Workday.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio of programmes, own technology operations delivery and stakeholder relationships.
- Direct and prioritize work across analysts and coordinators; monitor SLA and ticket quality.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance conversations; drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure readiness for transitions, manage risk, and maintain knowledge transfer across regions.
