Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (Philippines) Corporation seeks a Technology Operations Support Coordinator to partner with AGS Technology Analysts and PMO teams. You will support day‑to‑day program activities and provisioning for ACUMEN IWP products, delivering high‑quality customer service and timely incident management.

You will document and track tickets in Salesforce, manage licenses, and maintain tech operations knowledge artifacts while collaborating across teams to meet SLAs and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• MSP experience is a plus, and familiarity with AGS VMS tools is beneficial.
• Experience working with Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Salesforce or SharePoint is desirable.
• Strong customer service experience and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Document, submit and monitor inquiries, incidents and service requests using Salesforce.com.
• Manage software licenses and access requests for internal technologies.
• Ensure completeness of tickets before escalation and track updates.
• Maintain and update AGS Technology Operations documentation and SLAs.
• Assist analysts with basic questions on functionality and configurations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and QA on incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate VMS outages globally and communicate status.
