You will manage ticket delivery, SLAs, and workload prioritisation while coaching the team and ensuring global standards. The role requires 1–2 years in team leadership, MSP/VMS experience with SaaS tools, and strong communication across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across globally distributed teams.
• MSP and VMS experience, with SaaS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN, VNDLY, Simplify).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own Technology Operations delivery and relationships for assigned programmes.
• Lead and coach Senior Analysts, Analysts and Support Coordinators.
• Monitor SLA attainment, ticket quality and risk management.
• Translate complex issues into actionable plans and decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable solutions across regions.
• Lead programme strategy calls and operational reviews.
• Ensure readiness for transitions to steady‑state support.
