You will own ticket delivery, monitor SLAs, prioritise workloads, and drive programme readiness while upholding global standards. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, manage risks, champion continuous improvement, coordinate across regions, and translate complex issues into actionable plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead people and operations.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build consensus with stakeholders across globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Technology Operations delivery and relationships for assigned programmes, serving as the primary point of contact for Programme Managers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor ticket portfolio performance, SLA attainment, aging trends, ticket quality, documentation standards, and work progression.
• Lead programme strategy calls, operational reviews, and Tech Champs sessions with clear owners and due dates.
• Provide actionable coaching and track completion of improvement actions.
• Translate complex issues into clear actions, ownership, and decision points.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data and process enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
