Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Team Lead to provide hands-on operational and people leadership for a portfolio of programmes with regional oversight. You will own Technology Operations delivery, manage SLA performance, and coach a team across Senior Analysts and Analysts to meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement across regions, risk management, and continuous improvement, aligning operations with global standards and programme readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build consensus with stakeholders across globally distributed teams.
• MSP and VMS experience with SaaS tools (Salesforce, Jira, Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own Technology Operations delivery and relationships for assigned programmes and serve as the primary contact for Programme Managers.
• Build relationships across regions/time zones to align priorities, risks and decisions.
• Monitor SLA attainment, ticket workload, and ensure timely escalation when needed.
• Lead regular programme strategy calls and operational reviews with clear ownership and due dates.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and implementing scalable solutions.
