Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate - Tech to support global clients via pre-sales demos and technical inquiries. The role involves documenting interactions in Salesforce and collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

At least 1 year direct and verifiable Customer Service experience gained in Technical Accounts.
At least 3–6 months of sales experience in BPO industry preferably in a Technical Account.
Graduate of any associate course or bachelors' degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands and acting as a sales liaison of the program

Responsibilities

Support global Sales Specialists with pre-sales demos and technical questions via voice, email, and chat.
Handle basic product how-to, configuration and product installation inquiries using fixes and solutions from the Nessus support knowledge base
Utilize Salesforce instance to document all pre-sales interactions and advance issues to other Tenable teams per documented processes.
Ensure customer feedback is properly channelled into Sales, Product Management and Marketing.
Identify opportunities to improve or add content to the Nessus Support Knowledgebase and work with an SME to get the content added so it can be reused.
