Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching and motivating call agents as they field calls from clients. They are expected to support agents after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring that they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Coaching for performance and behavior.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximize heir potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
