Job summary

Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned BPO Team Leader to manage and develop a team of customer service and sales professionals. You will coach, monitor performance, and drive KPI targets while maintaining a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Team Leader experience in BPO, strong communication and leadership skills, and proven ability to handle retention and client relations. Travel or sales accounts is a plus.
