Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila seeks an experienced Finance Team Leader to head the AP and AR teams for a fast-growing Australian retail and distribution business. You will collaborate with Sydney-based finance leaders to drive excellence, develop talent, and build a world-class offshore finance function.

You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of AP/AR operations, coach the team, and ensure accurate processing, reconciliations, and collections while supporting month-end close and continuous improvement

What You’ll Be Doing

As Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring exceptional service, accuracy, and compliance while supporting and developing your team.
