Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical and electronic engineers, providing clear direction, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions to enhance processes and outcomes
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for training and career progression for team members
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication across the organisation
