About the role
Fiber home is seeking an experienced Area Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As Area Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects within your designated area, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly impacts our ability to execute projects efficiently and maintain strong client relationships across the Metro Manila region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception through to completion

• Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly

• Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction standards and compliance with specifications

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports and records for all assigned projects

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements across project operations

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all project sites

• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues

• Mentor and support junior project staff and assist in their professional development
