• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within cost parameters.
• Manage and supervise field teams, including technicians and installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and technical records.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventative measures to ensure project success and worker safety.
• Liaise between management, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to copper installations and coordinate solutions with the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and company operational procedures on all project sites.
• Support training and development of field personnel to maintain high standards of technical competency.
