The Workforce team within MMB Operations plays a key role in supporting business functions through reporting, capacity analysis and workforce planning. As a Team Lead - Workforce Management, you will help ensure service delivery teams are appropriately resourced by providing accurate forecasts, performance reporting and workforce insights that support operational decision-making.
