Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Team Lead, Programme Management to build and guide a high‑performing Manila team. You will balance hands‑on delivery with daily leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement to deliver consistent outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clear communication, initiative, cross‑functional collaboration, and the development of scalable processes across global teams in a client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams or initiatives with focus on performance and service delivery.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with global teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs, or OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate team processes to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency.
• Partner with line manager to develop and execute strategies to achieve KPIs/OKRs and business goals.
• Lead ongoing development of team members through structured coaching and development plans.
• Serve as a trusted communication lead with accurate documentation and meeting records.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate work to balance workloads and meet service commitments.
