Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking a Team Lead – Program Management to build and lead a high-performing program management team in the Philippines. The role blends hands-on program management with day-to-day people leadership to support program managers and coach team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, program management teams, or business initiatives.
• Strong understanding of team performance, service delivery, and continuous process improvement.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members in an operations, program/project management, or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams, including situations where direct authority is limited.
• Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, OKRs, or other performance metrics to drive team and operational outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of program management professionals with guidance and regular performance feedback.
• Conduct structured coaching and development sessions focused on capability, process excellence, and growth.
• Partner with the functional manager to identify development needs and establish targeted plans.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members through learning plans and coaching.
• Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate workloads to meet service commitments and delivery requirements.
• Review team deliverables for quality, accuracy, and consistency against standards.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with team KPIs, OKRs, and broader objectives.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage escalations with timely stakeholder communication and resolution.
• Evaluate processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
