Job summary

NCC Group in Manila is seeking a Team Lead, Programme Management to balance hands-on delivery with team leadership across a multi-national client base.

You will coach frontline programme managers, drive KPI/OKR aligned operations, and foster continuous improvement while coordinating with global teams. This hybrid role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams or initiatives with a focus on performance and process improvement.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proactive problem solving and ownership from issue to resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Partner with line manager to develop operational strategies and KPIs/OKRs.
• Lead ongoing development through coaching and targeted development plans.
• Serve as a communication lead with accurate documentation and meeting records.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate work to balance workloads and ensure quality.
• Manage operational escalations and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate local and global team meetings and drive collaboration.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and workforce planning.
• Review payroll-related attendance data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide performance metrics and actionable insights for improvement.
• Keep line manager updated on performance, challenges, risks, and development.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members with structured learning plans.
